Although Nellie wasn't necessarily a cook herself, she was a single mother, who loved taking the family out for breakfast. She also loved the neighborhood and the community of Paseo Boricua. Living her best life, she was an active, albeit quiet, supporter of the neighborhood she grew fond of and where she spent much of her time.
We believe life is better lived on a full stomach.
